It then promotes the growth of new skin cells in the basal layer of the dermis. The technique exfoliates and gently resurfaces the skin, promoting the formation of new, smoother, clearer skin. $150-$250

Chemical Peels or Microdermabrasion?
The choice is dictated by the type of skin with sensitive skin with rosacea or broken capillaries benefiting more from light frequent chemical peels than microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion which is a mechanical exfoliation is a better choice for thick skin with scars, large pores, pigmentation issues. Avoid microdermabrasion if your skin has blemishes, active acne or multiple skin tags.
You can opt for a powerful exfoliation with a combination treatment Chemical peels and microdermabrasion under the care of an experienced skin care professional.
Microdermabrasion can follow or complement an IPL treatment for pigmentation to help slough off dead pigmented skin cells.
